Evil Ex No. 8: Oni

Background Story:
Walter Yancey Graves was just 9 years old when he met the young Ms. Flowers in elementary school. Eventually he got up the nerve to ask her out under the monkey bars and she said yes. But when the young Oni bent down to pick a flower for her, he turned around to see her kiss another young boy on the cheek and lost it. "I HATE YOU RAMONA FLOWERS!" he yelled at the top of his lungs. Confusing everyone by this, she only said "ok," and grabbed Gideon's hand running off for the rest of recess. Walter cried and ran off into the woods, screaming that he'll never come back, not until Ramona loves him again... And he has been lost to the world ever since. Three years later, the child would somehow find himself starved and broken in Japan, facing a mythical demon during Setsubun. The demon begged the weakened preteen to aid him in escaping a group of demon hunters by taking his soul into his own body; in return he would give him access to his power and immortality. Fearing his own death he quickly obliged and took his prized. To trick the hunters he tore the demon's skull from its body and used it as a mask to hide his face and his eternal rejection from Ramona. And ever since then he has been roaming the earth, searching for her love and a chance to redeem himself by defeating his cousin and killing anyone who gets in the way. No one can stop him. Scott who? He doesn't stand a chance.

Personal Info:
He's always seen in a dirty hoody and some cargo shorts, no matter what. Oni is about 20 when the events of the movie take place, but due to his passive and silent nature, he normally sits in the background watching every fight and every move Ramona makes until the very end. The Demon in Oni doesn't like this. "You lovestruck coward," he says with a laugh, "kill them all and take what is rightfully yours". Due to both souls being locked in his body for all of eternity, Walter seems like a paranoid schizophrenic to Scott and the others. He refuses to use a weapon, "It's cheating," so he rips through any opponent with his bare hands, and sometimes bare feet; These parts of his body are forever stained with the blood of his victims. He even goes so far as to carve a mark into his skin to keep track of how many times he's killed someone. When he get's brutally out of control, or rather the Demon takes too much control, the large prayer beads around his neck glow brightly and knock him unconscious, until he is able to gain control again. When Scott goes to face Gideon, Oni shows up afterwards, claiming he was "asleep," ready to fight.
